1. Right of Withdrawal
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), our customers:
- Have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without providing any reason.
- Must notify us within this period to exercise their right of withdrawal.

2. Return Conditions
Products eligible for return must meet the following criteria:
- Must be unused and unworn
- Must have original tags attached
- Must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided

4. Refund Policy
- Returned products are inspected upon arrival.

- If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order separately.
