Cancellation policy

Some products in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, pre-order, or "try before you buy" opportunity. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel such purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are determined based on the subscription period and frequency you choose.
Your payment information is securely stored, and unless you choose to prepay, you will be charged for each of these deliveries.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation email contains links to your order, where you can manage your subscriptions.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a product on pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is either out of stock or will soon be available for sale. We may not charge you any payment at checkout or may charge a partial deposit; we may store your payment method and then ship your product at a later date, charging the full or remaining payment.
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been shipped and has had a partial payment. If the order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel the order but can request a full or partial refund.

Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a "try before you buy" product, we authorize your payment method before shipping the order. You will have a certain period to decide whether you wish to keep the product. After this period ends, if you have not returned the product, we will charge the full amount to your payment method.
